Ganko

300! I finally hit my 300th bowl of ramen. To celebrate, I went to the Osaka branch of one of the first good ramen shops I had ever been to in Japan. Ganko is a shio shop that can be found wherever you find a black storefront with a single bone in front.

３００！ようやく３００軒に行けました。祝えるようにずっと行ったことない好きなラーメン屋の大阪支店に行きました。頑固という塩ラーメン専門店は黒い外観で一つの骨だけ置いてあります。

The Bowl
Man, what a salty broth. It was good, especially with the bits of fried onion in there, but it was hard to take as I reached the end. The noodles were thin and slurpable, but were very salty as well. The egg and chashu were both OK, and the menma were very light.

決行しょっぱかったスープでした。ちっちゃいフライドオニオンなど入ってたのでおいしかったですけど、最後の一滴が塩辛かったです。麺は細くてすすりやすかったですけど、それもしょっぱかったです。メンマが薄め味で面白かったです。

Would I Go Again?
I might check out a branch in Tokyo when I'm back there, but I don't need to try it again in Osaka.

もし東京に戻ったら、東京の支店に行ってみるかもしれませんが、子の支店に行けそうにありません。

Should You Go?
Nah, there are better shio bowls in Minami.

他の塩ラーメン屋さんがあるのでそっちに行けばいいかなと思っています。
