Zekkocho Ramen

I had visited the Ramen Gekijo, a ramen shop that changes chefs and styles seasonally several times, but I was eating with a friend and decided to take her here again. Last time I got the standard tonkotsu ramen, but the tsukemen looked good, so I decided to try that this time.

日本橋に季節ごとに店主が変わる拉麺劇場に何回か行ったことありましたけど、友達を拉麺に紹介していましたから、また拉麺劇場に行こうと思っていました。前回に豚骨拉麺を頼みましたけど、魚介豚骨つけ麺がおいしそうだったのでそれにしました。

The Bowl
Nothing revolutionary here, but not bad either. The soup was light; not as thick as I normally like, but still pretty tasty. The chashu was light, too, and along with the thick noodles it made for a pretty refreshing, if thin, bowl.

特徴がそんなになかったなですけど、おいしかったです。スープが割りとあっさりでした。私はこってりが好きですけど、細いチャーシューと太麺とともにちょっとすっきりな感じがしました。

Would I Go Again?
Yeah, but I'll probably stick with the ramen until they change chefs.

また行きたいですけど、店主が変わるまでつけ麺より拉麺にしようかな。
