Taitan

Usually I have to travel far to get ramen, but this time I found a new hidden shop near work. It was only open during the day, so it made for a rare lunch ramen. Taitan is a shop created by the same people behind delicious miso shop Men to Hito and very strange shoyu shop bird. They offered their main dish, the pork rich titan, which I sat down to eat.

いつもラーメンを食べるために遠くまで行くんですけど、今回職場の近くの店が見つかりました。昼しかあいていないので、珍しく昼ご飯のラーメンを食べました。炊がおいしい味噌専門店の「麺と人」と変な醤油の店「bird」を作った人に作られました。メニューが少なくてメインの豚の濃厚炊いたんにしました。

The Bowl
The broth was really thick and full of rich pork flavor as promised. It was well-spiced and deep, but not as overpowering as some rich pork bowls. The noodles were medium and square, soft and chewy. There was just one giant piece of chashu, that itself was juicy and full of flavor. It was different from tonkotsu and shoyu bowls I've had, and very delicious.

スープはドロドロでぶたの味がやっぱり強かったです。こってりでしたけど、やり過ぎじゃありませんでした。麺が角でもちもちでした。チャーシューがめっちゃでかくて超ジューシーでした。普通の醤油と豚骨ラーメンと絶対違います。
