Toriton Ramen Junkie

It's very sad that friendly and weird lobster ramen shop Tokio Sazae closed a long time ago, but in its place came Toriton Ramen Junkie. It was a long time before I was able to visit it, but I finally stopped at this chicken and pork ramen shop and got their charcoal-cooked chicken ramen.

面白くて変わっている店TOKIO SAZAEがだいぶ前につぶれて残念でした。その後に「鶏豚らーめんジャンキー」という店ができました。しばらく行けませんでしたけど、やっと行ったときに鶏炭火焼きらーめんを頼みました。

The Bowl
The soup came in a semi-transparent misty form, not super thick but rich with deep chicken taste. On top were bits of charcoal-cooked chicken, great on their own but achieving true beauty when mixed in with the broth. The noodles were semi-thick and a bit too firm, but it barely mattered given the quality of the chicken and the soup.

スープは半透明でとろみが十分あって、深い鶏の香りが効いていました。上に炭火焼きがの乗っていました。それだけでうまかったですけど、スープに混ぜると、ヤバイコンビになりました。麺は中太麺でちょっと固かったですけど、鶏とスープがおいしすぎて、問題は全くなかったです。
