Saishoku Ramen Kinsei

One by one I will hit all of the Kinsei shops. I've been to Kinsei Mufu somewhere deep in Takatsuki, but now it was time to try the flagship right by Takatsuki station. For my first time to the flagship, I gotta get the shio.

The Bowl
If you ever hear me complain that shio is too simple to stand out, remind me that Kinsei exists. Kinsei's shio broth is a silky-smooth light shio, that comes in strong through its flat and super-slurpable noodles. The optional egg had a tinge of smokiness, and the chashu was nothing special, but the smooth broth you can't get tired of is why I'm sure I'll find myself at this shop again.

Would I Go Again?
Yes.

Should You Go?
Yes.

はい。

  1. Where have you been? Any number of people seeking English-language reviews and information on ramen shops in Tokyo, Yokohama, and Osaka have wound up on your weblog page.
They are distraught that your most recent ramen shack review dates from February 2019.
Do you intend to resume this weblog?
If not, inform search engines to discredit the results leading to this W-WW site.
